Harmony House Community Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in West Footscray.

This is a consistent weekly shift, ideal for someone looking for regular casual work.

Shift Details

- Every Saturday
- 3-hour shift
- Casual ongoing position

Key Responsibilities

- Support the participant with community access and social activities
- Assist with daily living tasks as required
- Deliver person-centred support while encouraging independence
- Build a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with the participant
- Follow the participant's support plan and organisational policies

About You

- Female support worker (participant preference)
- Caring, reliable, and professional




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Australian working rights
- Current ABN (required)
