Your Day-to-Day as a Service Leader:

- Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers
- Step in to provide direct care when needed—daily living, personal care, and community support
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling, rostering, and day-to-day service delivery
- Develop individualised care plans with clients and their families
- Build trust and collaborate with families,



community partners, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support
- Leadership skills with experience guiding teams (Team Leader/Site Leader experience ideal)
- Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
- Solid understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver’s Licence
