Innovatile Bathrooms & Tiling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler / Team Leader who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

We specialise in three premium divisions:

- Luxury Bathroom Renovations
- High-End Wall & Floor Tiling
- Waterproofing

Most of our clients are homeowners who expect an exceptional experience from the first meeting through to the final handover. We are not looking for someone who simply lays tiles—we are looking for someone who can represent a premium brand and deliver outstanding results every time.

About the Role

This is a full time position where you'll lead projects, mentor apprentices and labourers, and work closely with management to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

You will be trusted to represent Innovatile professionally on site, communicate respectfully with clients, and consistently deliver workmanship that you are proud to put your name to.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for someone who:

- Has extensive experience in residential wall and floor tiling.
- Has leadership experience or is ready to step into a Team Leader role.
- Is passionate about quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Has experience with bathroom renovations and waterproofing.
- Can read plans and solve problems on site.
- Communicates professionally with homeowners and other trades.
- Takes ownership of their work and maintains a clean, organised site.




- Wants to grow with a company rather than simply work from job to job.
- Holds a current driver's licence and White Card.
- Is reliable, punctual, and presents professionally.
