Labourforce is currently seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers for a leading refrigerated transport and logistics operation based in Hillcrest, QLD.

These are ongoing local delivery and shuttle run roles offering consistent hours, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment with a reputable transport provider.

Shift Details

- Start Time: 5:00am – 5:30am

- Typical Shift Length: 10 hours

- Roster: Monday – Friday

- Average Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week

- Immediate start available

Pay Rate

$40.00 per hour

About the Role

- Operating HC vehicles for local deliveries and shuttle runs

- Transporting refrigerated freight

- Reversing trailers onto loading docks

- Operating 18-speed Road Ranger manual trucks

- Using pallet jacks to move freight where required

- Completing vehicle checks and transport documentation

- Maintaining compliance with all transport and safety procedures

Essential Requirements





- Current HC Licence
- Minimum 12 months recent HC driving experience
- 18-Speed Road Ranger manual experience ESSENTIAL
- Experience reversing trailers onto docks

- Comfortable operating pallet jacks

- Current Driver History Report

- Solid work references

- Strong communication and time management skills

- Full Australian working rights

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing

Highly Regarded

- Previous refrigerated transport experience

- Dock delivery experience

- Multi-drop or shuttle run experience
