About the Role

As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will drive service excellence, build a strong team culture, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience every time.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily operations of all F&B; outlets within the hotel
- Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand standards
- Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational efficiency
- Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and local engagement
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Monitor and achieve financial targets including budgets and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

About You

- Proven experience in a Venue Manager or senior F&B; leadership role within hotels, restaurants, or premium venues




- Robust understanding of hotel operations (preferred)
- A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Commercially savvy with strong financial and operational acumen
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
