Wattle Hill Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our aged care team in Bunbury, Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supporting, resident-focused environment where you can make a meaningful difference every day. Two full time position's available. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident health conditions
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards
- Support and supervise care staff to ensure best practice care delivery

Skill & Experience Required





- Current unrestricted Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Computer literacy and experience with clinical systems

Essential Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration (nursing)
- WA National Police clearance obtained within the last 6 months
- Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccination
- Eligibility to work in Australia on an unrestricted basis or fixed term basis
