Hyatt is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Expeditor to support the restaurant team in coordinating food service operations between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area
- Ensure food items are complete, properly plated, and meet presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain service timing
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expediting area
- Support general restaurant operations as needed
