APG Workforce is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for casual Day Shift positions at a leading poultry production facility located in The Northern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused forklift operators looking for ongoing casual work with the potential for regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift within a busy poultry production facility
- Load and unload trucks
- Transport raw materials, packaging and finished products throughout the site
- Supply production lines with stock as required
- Move pallets to dispatch and cold storage areas
- Conduct daily forklift safety inspections
- Follow all food safety, quality assurance and workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Current LF Forklift Licence held for a minimum of two (2)



years
- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Previous poultry, food manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work in chilled and refrigerated environments
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Flexibility to work overtime and additional shifts when required
- Two recent, valid and contactable work references
- Reliable transport with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and food hygiene
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights
