Technical Architect – AI-Powered Self-Service Platform (Cloud + Agentic AI)

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of a next-generation AI-powered self-service platform for a large enterprise client in the media and advertising sector. The platform enables users to move from a natural-language brief to a fully priced, bookable plan in minutes.

The solution is a containerised .NET Core + React application deployed on AWS EKS, integrated with the client's internal order management system (via async queue) and CRM (via custom APIs), augmented by a conversational AI agent hosted on GCP Vertex AI Agent Engine (Google ADK / LangGraph / Gemini).

The role blends enterprise application architecture, cloud-native engineering and Agentic AI design — ideal for a senior engineer-architect who has evolved from strong backend/full-stack roots into cloud + AI system design.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end architecture across UI (React/Node/TypeScript), API (.NET Core), integrations, cloud and AI layers

- Architect API-first, event-driven, cloud-native solutions on AWS EKS with enterprise CI/CD

- Design the Agentic AI layer on GCP Vertex AI (ADK / LangGraph / Gemini), aligned with client's data platform

- Define integration patterns: async messaging (AWS MQ) with OMS, and custom CRM APIs





- Enforce trust boundaries, entitlements, audit and multi-tenant isolation through the core API

- Design in-app identity + MFA for MVP, with a clean path to Auth0 / OIDC

- Guide teams on design, coding practices, evals, guardrails and delivery excellence

- Partner with Product Owner, Delivery Lead and client architecture / security stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years total experience; 4+ years as Technical / Solution Architect

- Strong hands-on in .NET Core (mandatory) and React / Node / TypeScript

- Proven AWS EKS + VPC + AWS MQ architecture experience

- Hands-on Agentic AI experience with Vertex AI, Google ADK, LangGraph, Gemini

- Solid CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) + async integration experience

- Strong understanding of security, identity (MFA, OIDC/Auth0), audit and multi-tenant design

- Excellent design fundamentals — patterns, distributed systems, event-driven design

- Prior exposure to media, broadcast, ad-sales (OMS/TMS) or BFSI is a plus

- Robust communication, leadership and Agile delivery mindset
