Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Cook to join our team at our Conway Beach Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations, supporting daily service, maintaining high food standards, and helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, all while having fun along the way.

In this Role, You’ll

- Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, presentation and overall kitchen quality.
- Manage stock, ordering, daily prep and inspect all incoming produce.
- Maintain strict food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen standards.
- Minimise waste and ensure freshness through efficient use of ingredients.
- Support team and operational needs, stepping into additional duties when required.

You’re Likely a Match If You

- Put guests first, making decisions with their experience and safety front of mind.
- Work efficiently, manage your time well and uphold high quality and food safety standards.
- Collaborate positively with others, staying resilient and level‑headed under pressure.
- Bring experience in a commercial kitchen, delivering food that delights guests and meets safety requirements.
- Understand food safety, cost control and industry standards, and apply Ingenia policies and SOPs in daily work.
