Based in our Cunderdin branch and working with our service and parts departments, we are seeking the services of a full-time person for the combined role of Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter. Our workplace offers a rapid paced & enjoyable environment focused on teamwork, quality service and supporting employee development.

The role

- Customer service via face to face, email and phone
- Support to Service Manager and wider team
- Booking and coordinating service work
- Invoicing and administration support
- Warranty submissions
- Parts interpretation, procurement and sales
- Warehousing, stock control and data processing
- Stocktake duties

The prerequisites





- Computer competency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry beneficial
- ‘C’ Class driver’s licence (manual)
- Ability to work Saturday mornings during peak season (when rostered)
