Lead the Kitchen at Melbourne Coffee Culture

Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Broadbeach.

We're searching for someone who is passionate about quality food, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and enjoys leading a team while maintaining consistently high standards.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
- Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain an efficient workflow
- Train and support kitchen staff
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain food quality and consistency across all menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and kitchen performance

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Chef or Head Chef
- Can confidently manage a busy kitchen service




- Has excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality meals
- Works well under pressure
- Holds relevant food safety knowledge and qualifications
- Is reliable, professional and passionate about hospitality
