Sales Rep — Maxpak Australasia

Maxpak supplies packaging — plastic bags, pallet wrap, food-grade carton liners and a wide product range to customers across Australia. We’ve been doing this since 1979.

We’re privately owned and family-run, located in Huntingdale.

What we care about in a rep

Two things, more than anything else: honesty and a good attitude. If those are real, we can teach you the product range and we’ll figure out the rest. If they aren’t, no amount of sales experience or a polished CV will save the relationship.

The role

What you’ll do:

- Look after existing accounts — mix of packaging companies, and industrial end users
- Bring in current business
- Learn the product range
- Pitch in on whatever else needs doing — we all do

What you bring

- Real B2B sales experience.



Packaging is ideal but not essential — any industrial or wholesale background works.
- Honesty. References that stand up to a real call, not just a tickbox.
- Driver’s license.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience.— we’ll work it out together.
