Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people with industry experience looking to keep fit in the great outdoors!

These roles are a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a niche industry or for someone looking to work in a smaller family run business with great morale within a fast paced environment.

Our team works on a variety of worksites including local government, private residential and commercial work. Our work is varied, challenging and exciting and covers all aspects of tree care and preservation (without repetitive line clearance work!)

This position is full-time and work includes a wide range of arboricultural labour activities, including chipping and mulching of tree matter, assisting with stump grinding operations. The opportunity to learn arboriculture skills is available for the right candidate.

Applicants must possess a great personality, excellent work ethic, can-do attitude and the professionalism and ability to work within the residential environment as well as on council contracts and various large commercial sites.

The following would be highly regarded:

White Card

Experience using chainsaws and polesaws





Working with Children Check

MR licence

Current first aid level 2 certificate and CPR training

A strong work ethic, initiative, reliability, good people skills and physical fitness

Well-developed mechanical aptitude and skills

Ability to work within a team and independently

Knowledge and appreciation of OH&S; practice.

Previous industry experience is desired but not essential for these roles. Candidates who have no tree experience but are interested in tree work/arboriculture, are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors and a down to earth can-do attitude are encouraged to apply!
