Citipointe Christian College is seeking enthusiastic and committed coaches to join our Sports Program in 2026. If you love sport, enjoy working with young people, and want to make a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Junior School (Years 5–8):

- Term 3: Touch Football
- Approx. 6 hours per week, including one training session and Friday afternoon sports. Occasional weekday Gala Days.

Senior School (Years 9–12):

- Term 3: Touch Football
- Approx. 6 hours per week, including one training session and Wednesday afternoon sports. Occasional weekday Gala Days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for junior and/or senior teams.
- Teach fundamental skills and game rules, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Maximise student participation and enjoyment during all sessions.
- Ensure protected and appropriate use of College facilities and equipment.




- Coach on game days with a focus on student development and team processes rather than solely on outcomes.

Selection criteria include:

- Experience coaching primary and/or secondary school students.
- Accreditation in the relevant sport (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Commitment to student safety at all times.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional presentation and proactive engagement with students and staff.
- Alignment with the College’s values and Christian ethos.
