REQUIREMENTS

Wisemans Inn Hotel are currently on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join our team to assist the Licensee to successfully operate the Hotel! If you believe you are a hard worker with great customer service skills then this is for you.

Skills & Experience

- Background and previous experience in hospitality or rapid learner we are happy to train you as long as you are passionate & come from hospitality
- Passionate about customer experience and dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
- Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
- An RSA and RCG certificate and the ability to confidently act on these requirements
- TAB, Keno, Gaming, Bistro & Bottleshop
- Accommodation/Motel (Experienced not necessary)

Duties and Responsibilities

- Supporting the Licensee in day to day operations




- Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to customer service, compliance, venue cleanliness & presentation at all times
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cash handling and reconciling
- Overseeing all areas of the venue and managing staff with their roles
- Conflict resolution in a qualified manner
- Hands on role in all areas of the venue as required
- Training and management of staff
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions effectively

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
