Meadows Family Doctors is seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive general practice team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Processing patient billing and payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Proficiency with BP Premier (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills




- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, professional, and well presented
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
