For many years, Swift Car Rentals has been a trusted provider of at-fault accident replacement vehicles across Victoria. We work directly with collision repairers (panel shops) and insurance companies to supply safe, reliable rental cars at no cost to the not-at-fault driver – keeping people moving while their own vehicle is repaired. We’re an established, respected local business now growing our network.

We’re looking for driven people to join our team – great for anyone wanting to build leadership, and professional communication skills in a fast-paced industry.

ROLE OVERVIEW You will be our face to panel beaters, smash repair centres and insurance partners across Melbourne.

Your goal: Build current partnerships with panel shops that do not yet use our service Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Clearly explain our no-cost replacement vehicle offering to shop owners and managers Track leads, follow up enquiries and help us expand our coverage Represent Swift professionally at meetings,



site visits and industry events.

WHAT YOU BRING Strong verbal communication and confidence meeting new people Reliable, self-motivated and able to work to targets Genuine interest in building long-term business relationships Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle (for site visits) No prior industry experience required – we will train the right person!
