Hiring: Cleaner to Lead Our growing team
We’re looking for a new cleaner to lead our team. We specialise in high end, meticulous cleans.
About the Role:
- Locations: Properties in Old Dunsborough, Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Peppi Grove, Busselton, Margaret River and Yallingup.
Looking for someone longterm.
What you need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to minute details.
- Frequent travel across multiple properties with your own reliable car.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to handle last-minute changes.
Roll will include:
- Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment (e.g. floor scrubbers, industrial vacuums).
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks: polishing, dusting, re-waxing floors, sanitising fixtures, waste removal, etc.
- Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain pristine standards.
- Serve as primary contact for cleaners and property-related issues.
