About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals with a minimum of 3 years asphalt experience. Remuneration packages will be discussed prior to interview and confirmed upon successful employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Asphalt preparation, placement, and hand laying
- Raking, screeding, and final finishing
- Profiling, brooming,
and spray tack application
- Installation of join seal tape and edge finishing
- Operating rollers, skid steers, and small plant (where ticketed)
- Assisting with set out, levels, and site prep
- Adhering to site safety requirements and SWMS
- Collaborating with crew members to meet deadlines and production targets
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in asphalt works (essential)
- Experience across commercial, and/or civil projects
- Asphalt paving operations
- Patching and maintenance works
- Civil and infrastructure works
- Ability to work within a fast-paced crew environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Tickets & Licences
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (MR/HR highly regarded)
- Roller Ticket (RIIMPO317F or equivalent) – highly regarded
- Skid Steer / Bobcat Ticket – highly regarded
