We are partnering with a leading, privately owned luxury residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their high-performing construction team.
They are renowned for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects valued in excess of $10M+, with a solid pipeline of work secured.
The Role
As Site Foreman, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality and finish expected in the luxury residential space. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site sequencing, and working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to drive programme outcomes across complex, custom builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities from structure through to completion
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades to maintain programme deadlines
- Maintain strict adherence to WHS standards and site safety compliance
- Ensure workmanship meets premium quality expectations
- Assist in interpreting plans, resolving site issues, and maintaining build integrity
- Monitor site progress and report updates to management team
- Drive a positive, productive, and solutions-focused site culture
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential projects
- Background delivering custom homes, ideally $5M–$10M+ builds (or above)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and detailing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Trade qualification in carpentry or building-related discipline preferred
