WELDWORKS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our construction team, working on residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces across NSW and WA. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.

Title: Carpenter, Full-time position

Salary: A$ 90,000.00 to 98,000.00 plus super

Work Location: In person.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

· Physical stamina and strength.

· Attention to detail and precision.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

· Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials.

· Construct, install,



and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.

· Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

· Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

· Estimate materials, labor, and costs needed for carpentry projects and prepare detailed work plans.

· Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project specifications are met.

· Supervise and coordinate with junior carpenters and other workers on the job site.

· Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy before final installation or handover.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after the project completion.

· Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
