Gibney Cottesloe is looking for an experienced Sommelier or Wine Professional to join the award-winning team. The sophisticated brasserie-grill overlooking the coastline of South Cottesloe prepares to enter its third year of trade, with accolades across the board including, 2025 and 2026 WAGFG Restaurant of the Year, Wine List of the Year, Sommelier of the Year AND Bartender of the Year.
In this role you will work closely with the Head Sommelier and Group Sommeliers assisting with training, driving beverage sales and delivering a world-class guest experience. The role is primarily floor based, selling wines in a premium dining environment and working with an award-winning wine list spanning over 500 titles. You will work alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of the Gibney experience. With regular training sessions covering all facets of the industry, this is a great prospect for professional development and to rub shoulders with some industry guns.

What we need from you?
- Two years' experience in a similar role
- Formal training preferred - WSET or Court of Master Sommelier
- Passionate about growing their knowledge and service skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- RSA or Approved Managers and Food Safety Certificate
- Weekend and Evening availability
