What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly, skilled service to every guest
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining high service standards
- Operate gaming facilities, including TAB and KENO (training provided if needed)
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming venue
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of bar and gaming experience
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
- Current NSW Advanced RCG Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience with TAB and KENO systems (preferred but not essential)
