We are seeking a friendly and professional Gym Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Assist with membership enquiries and club tours
- Process memberships and maintain accurate member records
- Manage reception and administrative tasks
- Support the cleanliness and presentation of the club
- Promote club services, programs, and events
- Assist with member retention and engagement activities
Skills and Experience
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Interest in health and fitness is advantageous
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends,
and public holidays as required
- Right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) may be advantageous
