About the Role
We’re looking for experienced or qualified bakers and/or baker's assistant who are proud of their craft and ready to contribute to our growing bakery. You’ll be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix, prepare, and bake a wide range of breads using traditional techniques.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop new products and seasonal items.
- Help train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen assistants as a baker.
- Early morning starts (around 4-5 AM) with the possibility of some weekend shifts.
About You
- Qualified Baker or experienced in a commercial bakery workplace or as a baker's assistant you will have work experience in this position.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production methods.
- Attention to detail with a genuine passion for quality baked goods.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Pay: $54,600.00 – $60,000.00 per year
