We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field / Workshop Technician to join our growing team based in Silverwater, NSW. This is a hands-on role involving the repair, maintenance, installation, and relocation of equipment used for eye testing and vision care within optometry practices and clinics. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of workshop and field-based work, with interstate travel opportunities available. Key Responsibilities Repair and troubleshoot optometry and ophthalmic equipment in the workshop and on customer sitesCarry out preventative maintenance and servicing programsInstall, commission, and relocate equipment at customer locationsDiagnose faults and provide effective technical solutionsComplete service reports and maintenance documentationDeliver high levels of customer service while representing the company professionallyMaintain a safe and organised work environment About You Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyElectrical background, electrical trade qualifications,
