We have:
- Opportunities to take an active role in the office and on project teams
- Provision of quantity surveying services from project inception to completion on a diverse range of private and public sector projects
- Interaction with clients and consultant teams
You have:
- A professional qualification in quantity surveying or construction economics, or property related fields preferred
- Superior English verbal and written communication skills including report writing
- Ability to lead, mentor and manage junior staff
- Corporate Membership of an appropriate professional body or working towards one (AIQS, NZIQS, RICS, SAQS, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (including BIM expertise)
- Proactive approach to service delivery
- 8 to 15 years’ experience in skilled QS practice
- Well-presented and professional with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)
