Job Description:

Position: Leasing Manager

Location: Sydney, Australia

Employment Type: Contractor (ABN) so part time and full time roles available.

Salary: Commission of up to $200 per sale.

(On average our part timers earn from $500 - $1000, and full timers earn $800 - $2000 per week)

Benefits: A transport levy will be provided

Requirement: Must have own transportation

Position Overview:

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, driven and loves to sell. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is excited about sales and is passionate about real estate and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Renting furnished rooms (sales)

- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, including conducting property viewings, processing applications, and coordinating lease signings.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.

- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.





- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with company standards.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive leasing strategies.

- Assist with marketing efforts to attract potential tenants, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional sales experience

- Proven experience in property management or leasing roles, preferably in a coliving or residential real estate environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with Sydney's real estate market is an advantage.

- Must have a valid license and own means of transport.
