Brisbane Butchers & Market Co is looking for an experienced and motivated butcher to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong butchery skills, and a genuine passion for delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. About the Role:
* Prepare, cut, trim, and portion a wide range of meats, including beef, lamb, chicken, and goat.
* Produce high-quality value-added products.
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
* Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Contribute positively to a supportive team culture and deliver outstanding customer service.
About You:
* Previous experience as a butcher is essential.
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing quality products.
* Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
* Committed to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workplace.
