About the Role

We’re searching for an experienced, energetic, and customer‑obsessed superstar to join our team in a permanent full‑time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

This is a busy, fast‑paced role where you’ll be juggling multiple priorities, thinking on your feet, and using your initiative every single day. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy variety, quick decision‑making, and keeping things running smoothly when challenges arise.

As the first point of contact for retailers across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll be the calm, knowledgeable problem‑solver they rely on. At its heart, this role is all about problem‑solving. From delivery delays to incorrect or damaged orders, you’ll be the go‑to person retailers depend on to turn challenges into smooth, positive outcomes. Your quick thinking and proactive approach will help keep shelves stocked, operations on track, and retailers empowered to serve their communities with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Connection

- Handle 30–60 inbound and outbound calls daily, delivering friendly, solutions‑focused support.

Order Management

- Process high-volume customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail.

Problem Solving

- Investigate and resolve customer queries and claims—digging in, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely,



effective outcomes.

Stakeholder Support

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient resolutions and maintain smooth supply chain flow.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven customer service experience—from call centres to face‑to‑face roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a rapid‑paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a natural passion for helping others
- Experience using CRM systems and strong Excel skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing operational environment
- Strong attention to detail for high-volume data entry and order accuracy
