Backend Engineering

- Solid experience in either:
- - Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut), or
- .NET / C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API)

- Experience building enterprise-grade APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of:
- - REST APIs
- Microservices
- Event-driven architecture
- Service integration patterns
- Authentication and authorisation (OAuth2, OAuth, JWT)

Agentic AI & LLM Engineering

- Experience delivering a productionised Agentic AI use case.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- - LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Tool calling and workflow orchestration
- RAG architectures
- Vector databases
- Prompt engineering
- Agent frameworks
- AI evaluation and testing

- Understanding of AI governance, security, reliability, and operational considerations.
