Your responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional end-to-end guest dining experiences through attentive and professional service
- Manage your section efficiently to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service
- Demonstrate solid product knowledge to confidently present menu items, specials and wine recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain high service standards
- Support daily restaurant operations including table service, order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across your section and service areas
- Uphold the restaurant’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence





What are we looking for?

A natural leader ready to step into a career-defining role within a growing, future-focused hospitality group. You thrive in a hands-on environment, embrace process improvement, and love representing restaurant leadership directly to guests.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to work within a diverse and motivated team
- A genuine love of hospitality, dining trends, service delivery and team development
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy – MS Office, restaurant POS/CRM systems
- A results-driven mindset with a “hands-on”, can-do attitude
