The Bentley Restaurant Group - A new chapter is about to begin.

From the team behind some of Sydney’s most awarded and respected dining institutions (Bentley Restaurant and Bar, King Clarence, Eleven Barrack, Watermans), a major new CBD venue is preparing to open its doors.

While we’re keeping the finer details under wraps for now, this is an opportunity to join a serious hospitality group at launch phase and help shape something from day one.

We are currently building our kitchen team and are looking for passionate, driven hospitality professionals across multiple levels including:

- Sous Chefs
- Junior Sous Chefs
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chefs
- Apprentice and Junior Kitchen Positions

This venue will combine high standards, solid produce focus, professional development and the energy that comes with opening one of the city’s most anticipated new hospitality projects.
