- Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Receive mentorship and support, working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What you’ll bring:
- Post-graduate (M.Arch) experience and prior experience working across all stages of large-scale residential projects
- Well-developed Revit and documentation skills
- Knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers, particularly with regards to residential projects
- Creative problem-solving and a methodical, proactive approach
- Design excellence in all you do, from project inception to completion
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication style

- Reimbursement of architecture registration fees
- Generous paid parental leave: 16 weeks primary carers, 4 weeks secondary carers
