Estimated Salary: AUD 90,000–110,000 per year
Working Hours: 38 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, hybrid flexibility where available

Develop and manage email marketing strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and online sales. Plan campaign calendars, build automated customer journeys, segment audiences, coordinate promotional content, and monitor campaign performance.

Work closely with e-commerce, design, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure emails are accurate, engaging,



and delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Strong analytical, copywriting, and project-management skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
