At Industrial Harvest Café, we're looking for an experienced Café Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

We've built a strong reputation over the past eight years for exceptional breakfast, lunch and corporate catering, serving thousands of loyal customers across Western Sydney. About the Role

You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality food across our busy café and growing corporate catering operation.

Your day will include:

- Preparing and cooking premium breakfast and lunch dishes
- Producing catering orders to a consistently high standard
- Running grill & pan sections with confidence
- Maintaining excellent presentation and food quality
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Assisting with food preparation,



ordering and stock rotation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant kitchen
- Working closely with our Executive Chef and kitchen team to continually improve our menu and operations

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working in a fast-paced café kitchen and takes pride in producing quality food every service.

You'll ideally have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy café or commercial kitchen
- Strong breakfast and lunch cooking experience
- Confidence working all sections during service
- Excellent organisation and time management
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Reliable transport to Eastern Creek

Hours

- Full-time position
- Five shifts per week
- Typical hours: 5:00am–2:30pm
- Primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work when required
