We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team within our Storage & Bund Division at our Major Hazard Facility in Tottenham.

About the Role

Working within our Storage & Bund Division, you will provide administrative support to our operations team while gaining exposure to all aspects of our transport and storage business.

This is a varied role that combines office administration with operational support. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will spend a portion of your day outdoors within our Bund and Storage facility conducting stock and container counts, verifying inventory, and reconciling records.





These daily checks are critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the safe and efficient operation of our site.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in both an office environment and outdoors throughout the day, while maintaining a robust focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue operational paperwork with precision and attention to detail
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records
- Conduct daily physical counts of tanks, containers, and stored inventory within the Bund and Storage facility
- Verify inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies against system records
- Work closely with Operations to ensure stock movements are accurately recorded
- Perform operational checks and inventory inspections in a safe manner
- Liaise directly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support ISOtank operations and other business units as required
- Prepare and maintain customer reports and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes
- Undertake other administrative duties as required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to develop their career within the transport and logistics industry.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in administration, customer service, logistics, transport, warehousing, or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously while demonstrating initiative
- A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills and confidence using business systems
- A willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as part of daily operational requirements
