About this Unique role

As part of the Branch Staff team at Irrigation & Pools Canning Vale, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Working closely with experienced Branch Leaders, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

- Providing customer service and information about products

- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment

- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle





- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

- Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

- We're looking for people with leadership potential and a growth mindset.

- Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

- Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems

- Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
