About the Role: As an Aged and Disabled Carer, you will report to the Care Services Manager. We are looking for a compassionate and qualified candidate who is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. This is a Full time role.

Location: 97 Weewar Circuit South Yunderup WA 6208

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and personal care needs
- Assist clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment
- Support clients' independence by helping with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and bed making
- Plan and accompany clients during social activities and community engagement




- Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to the Care Coordinator
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and complete required documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Run errands including shopping and collecting prescriptions as needed

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

- Comply with all Work Health and Safety legislation requirements
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any hazards or incidents immediately to management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year full-time relevant experience
- Current First Aid certificate
- Valid National Police Clearance
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Pay: AUD 73,000 – AUD 80,000.00 per annum (excluding Superannuation)
