From onboarding and compliance through to ongoing contractor support, youll help ensure every placement runs seamlessly while maintaining the high standards our business is known for.

What youll be doing:

- Supporting Contractor Operations: Managing contractor onboarding, compliance, mobilisation, and assignment documentation to ensure contractors are ready to start on time.
- Contractor & Client Support: Acting as a key point of contact for contractor and client queries throughout the assignment lifecycle, delivering a professional and responsive experience.
- Compliance & Data Management: Maintaining accurate contractor records across internal systems, ensuring compliance requirements are met and documentation is always up to date.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring a smooth experience for contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partnering closely with Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Managers, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless contractor management and outstanding customer service.

- Previous experience in recruitment operations, contractor care, workforce management, administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
