Onsite Engineering is looking to hire riggers with a robust background/ plenty of experience in steel erection, preferably on commercial construction projects in Perth Metro area. Currently Working on multiple large commercial construction projects with Additional projects being tendered that will take us into the next year

Minimum Requirements:

The successful applicant will have:

· Drivers Licence

· White Card

· Basic Rigger

· EWP

· Experience Erecting steel

Desired attributes/ Advantages:

· Boilermaker or Welder

· Intermediate or advanced riggers tickets

· Crane driver ticket

· Telehandler ticket

· HR truck Licence

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and follow structural engineering plans and rigging layouts.
- Inspect, select,



and set up slinging and rigging gear (slings, shackles, chains, and winches).
- Direct crane operators via hand signals and two-way radio communication (dogging duties).
- Guide and position heavy structural steel beams, columns, and trusses into place.
- Bolting, tensioning, and securing steel connections at heights using elevated work platforms (EWPs) or scaffolding.
- Adhere strictly to all on-site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and Safe Work Method statements (SWMSs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
