What we’re looking for

- 1 to 2+ years leadership experience in a sophisticated QSR or casual dining brand
- Proficiency in using scheduling systems
- Strong experience with inventory systems
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and utilising Business Intelligence systems
- Clear career progression goals, with a strong desire to become a Restaurant Manager and lead your own Motto team
