CLUB OPERATIONS MANAGER – Plus Fitness Bankstown (NSW)

NO WEEKENDS, EARLY FINISH ON FRIDAYS AT 2PM !

- Full-Time Role
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am –7:30 pm
- Friday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- NO WEEKENDS

ARE YOU LEADER?

We are looking for a self-driven Club Operations Manager who is confident in sales, member retention , leadership and driving results.

This is a role for someone who enjoys closing sales, leading people, and taking ownership of a business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of the club’s performance.
- Proactively convert leads into memberships.
- Follow up all enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
- Build referral partnerships and local business relationships.
- Coach staff to improve sales conversion rates.
- Reduce cancellations and improve member experience.
- Ensure members feel supported and engaged.
- Oversee cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the club.
- Ensure the facility is always presented to a high standard.
- Maintain equipment and overall gym presentation.
- Create a welcoming, community-focused environment.




- Build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Manage club social media pages.
- Create engaging content with staff.
