A fantastic chance currently exists for a Collections Officer to join a large household name in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive and close-knit team focused on providing seamless customer experience. You will work closely with other internal teams and liaise directly with our client and customer base. You will be provided training and feedback that will enable you to learn and grow within a high-performance team.

The responsibilities (but not limited)
Reporting into the Credit Manager.

- Maintain a ledger of major accounts up to 1000 Active Accounts
- Outbound collection calls / emails up to 20/30 per day
- Daily banking and processing of all debtor receipts, credit card payments/EFT
- Accurate allocation of all cheques / cash, credit card, BPay and direct deposits
- Processing and raising of invoices
- Customer service and dispute resolution





The successful applicant will have

- Must have proven and previous experience as and Credit / Collections Officer maintaining a large ledger
- True passion for customer service and collections
- Success in reducing outstanding debts and DSO
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Previous experience with large ERP system is ideal
