Carefinity is looking for dedicated Female Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support clients across Sydney & the Greater Sydney Region, NSW.

About the Role

Location: Sydney & Greater Sydney Region, NSW
Shifts: Ongoing shifts available

Shift Types:

- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Sleepover shifts
- Short and long shifts

Duties Include

- Personal care and daily living support
- Concierge support
- Manual handling and participant transfers
- Community access and social support
- Domestic assistance and light household duties
- Providing care in a protected, respectful, and person-centred manner

Requirements

✅ Female applicants only due to participant-specific requirements
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience with manual handling and participant transfers
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $37.18 – $105.00 per hour
