What You Will Be Doing
Following a recent organisational restructure, Healius has created a agile, fast paced environment, perfect for a motivated professional looking to elevate their career. You will learn an immense amount in this highly hands-on role while working with advanced HR technologies. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture team, working alongside our leaders to shape our new era of growth. You will be partnering with leaders in Healius’ Pathology division, offering expert coaching and support to drive engagement, performance, and growth.
Your role will be varied with a broad mix of strategic & hands on work and will involve remote travel to regional sites to support and coach leaders and senior employees in the Customer & Commercial division.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with people leaders to drive the people agenda for the customer and commercial pillar aligned with business goals
- Building strong relationships and partner with the functions Leadership Team to develop and deliver our People Plan that supports the successful implementation of our Business Strategy
- Execute and support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Driving the Talent and succession management process and coaching for outcomes against this agenda
- Championing employee engagement and wellbeing programs that enhance the work environment
- Lifting leadership capability and culture to drive a high-performance culture and engagement including building capability and leading and coaching around our performance development framework
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
To be successful in this role, you will welcome variety as well as have a passion for ‘hands on’ and coaching managers. You will be able to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence positive behaviours.
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
- At least 3 years of generalist HR partnering experience in a progressive environment. Qualification in human resources, organisational behaviour, or a related discipline
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels with the ability to drive projects with stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in HR disciplines, e.g. workforce/organisation planning, employee/ industrial relations, training, compensation and recruitment, with solid knowledge of HR practices, standards and statutory requirement
- Demonstrated IR/ER experience of dispute management, risk mitigation and EBA negotiation
- Ability to adjust rapidly to new situations, and to coach others adapt to change.
- Strong commercial orientation; understanding of business operations, products and services
- Solid problem solving and planning skills.
High outcome orientation and drive as well as thorough understanding of business execution needs.
- You can read and extract data and help deliver people plans
