Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers through one of the most exciting stages of building a new home. Working within the Selection Centre, you'll provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with colour consultations, product selections and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers into the Selection Centre and create a professional, friendly experience.
- Conduct customer colour consultations and assist homeowners with selecting products and finishes.
- Provide advice and guidance on available products, colours and design options.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout their selection journey.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support general administration duties.




- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Learn and confidently use internal systems and processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for helping customers create spaces they will love.

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Confidence working with multiple systems and learning new software.
- A positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong administrative skills.

Highly regarded experience includes:

- Interior design
- Colour consulting
- Kitchen, bathroom or flooring showrooms
- Retail design or homewares
- Building products
- Customer-facing retail sales
- Building or construction industry experience (desirable but not essential)
