- Collecting wheat and flour samples
- Monitoring production processes
- Accurately recording information on required forms
- General housekeeping duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas
- Adhering to food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures at all times
About You
- Strong awareness and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Pre-skilled milling operator experience highly regarded
- Fit for work with no known allergies, suitable for a food manufacturing environment
Safety & PPE Requirements This is a food manufacturing facility, and strict hygiene and safety standards apply. Required PPE includes, but is not limited to:
- A candidate with a strong safety mindset and sound OH&S; understanding
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment of any description is highly desirable
- Previous milling or grain-handling experience highly regarded
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
