A day in the life
As a FORKLIFT OPERATOR your daily tasks will include:
- Safely operating forklifts and using warehouse equipment to move, load and unload stock across warehouse locations
- Performing pull-downs to replenish pick-face locations in line with system triggers and operational priorities
- Maintaining accurate stock movements using warehouse systems and handheld scanners
- Completing daily pre-start checks and complying with all WHS, traffic management and pedestrian safety requirements
- Supporting cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assisting with stock consolidation, space optimisation and general warehouse operations
About you
An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will:
- Hold a valid High Risk Work Licence — Forklift (LF) (essential)
- Have basic computer or handheld scanner literacy
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and accuracy
- Be highly organised with strong time management skills
- Work autonomously and collaboratively, with a robust sense of accountability
- Bring a positive, reliable attitude to everything they do
